Jammie Dodger Blondie

These rich blondies are a jam lover’s dream. Our thick blondie base is packed full of luxurious white chocolate and jammie dodger pieces and is mixed with a hearty helping of fruity flavourful jam. On top of this we scatter over more delicious jammie dodgers. This blondie can be bought as either a 9″ by 9″ tray cut into 12 pieces or a 6" by 6" tray cut into 6.

Ingredients - Plain Flour, Jammie Dodger, Butter, Dark Brown Sugar, Light Brown Sugar, White Chocolate, Strawberry Jam, Egg, Vanilla Essence, Salt, Baking Powder.
