Custard Cream Blondie

These blondies evoke the nostalgic flavour of the classic biscuit through both custard powder as well as lots of custard creams both inside and on top of a thick and fudgy blondie that is also studded with lots of white chocolate. This blondie can be bought as either a 9″ by 9″ tray cut into 12 pieces or a 6" by 6" tray cut into 6.

Ingredients - Plain Flour, Custard Cream Biscuits, Butter, Dark Brown Sugar, Light Brown Sugar, White Chocolate, Egg, Custard Powder, Vanilla Essence, Salt, Baking Powder.
