Bourbon Brownie

These indulgent brownies invoke the nostalgic flavour of the classic treat, as they are packed full of and topped with delicious bourbon biscuits as well as chunky milk chocolate. This brownie can be bought as either a 9″ by 9″ tray cut into 12 pieces or a 6" by 6" tray cut into 6.

Ingredients - Bourbon Biscuits, Butter, Dark Chocolate, Milk Chocolate, Caster Sugar, Light Brown Sugar, Plain Flour, Eggs, Cocoa Powder, Rapeseed Oil, Malted Milk Powder, Vanilla Essence, Milk Powder, Salt, Espresso Powder, Baking Powder.
